These terms apply to all users of the RedSleep app, including the free version and any premium subscription features.

RedSleep is a sleep tracking and analysis application designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. The app provides sleep monitoring, analysis, nap tracking, sleep sounds, and personalized insights.

The information provided by RedSleep is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition or sleep disorder.

RedSleep does not require user registration or account creation. The app can be used anonymously without providing any personal information.

If you choose to contact support or subscribe to premium features, you may need to provide limited personal information such as an email address.

RedSleep offers a free tier with core features and optional premium subscriptions with enhanced functionality.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple according to their terms and policies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing period.

The RedSleep app, including its design, functionality, content, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of RedSleep Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application or its content without our express written permission.

You agree not to use RedSleep for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

You agree not to use the app to collect data about other users or to interfere with their use of the service.

RedSleep is a wellness tool and is not a medical device. The sleep data, analysis, and insights provided by the app are for informational purposes only.

RedSleep should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including sleep disorders.

If you experience persistent sleep problems or suspect a sleep disorder, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

RedSleep is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedSleep Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via other appropriate channels.

Your continued use of RedSleep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
